Refund & Return Policy – Kingdom Scents

At Kingdom Scents, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving the product if:

• The product is damaged

• The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused

• The item must be in its original packaging

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used products

• Change of mind after opening the perfume

If your return is approved, we will either send a replacement product or issue a refund according to the situation.
